Roy Parrish

Roy Parrish

Chief Executive Officer

Roy brings over 25 years of leadership in the data centre and technology sectors, scaling platforms across the UK and Europe. He has led major redevelopment and expansion programmes for global owner/operators - converting complex brownfield and legacy sites into modern, AI-ready campuses while building high-performing teams and steering multi-stakeholder delivery. His expertise spans the full value chain: site selection and planning, grid connections and power procurement, commercial structuring (leases, JV partnerships, M&A), and design-build execution through commissioning and operational handover.

Roy is recognised for rigorous governance, customer focus (hyperscale, cloud and enterprise), and embedding sustainability and resilience into every project, delivering on time and within budget. As CEO of Cybernet Data Centres, Roy leads strategy and growth, expanding capacity, deepening partnerships with landowners, utilities and investors, and positioning Cybernet as a trusted, operationally excellent partner for next-generation digital infrastructure.

Dr. Graeme Creasey

Chief Technical Officer

Graeme brings over 28 years of expertise in designing, building, and operating data centres worldwide. He has delivered more than 15.1GW of developments globally, working across major hyperscale campuses and high-resilience financial services facilities. He has held senior technical leadership roles with many of the world’s largest data centre owner/operators, overseeing the full lifecycle of projects — from site selection, permitting, and design through to procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover.

A BREEAM Assessor, he has deep expertise in sustainable design, procurement, and optimising legacy facilities under the remit of sustainability and operational best practice. Graeme is recognised for his ability to align customer requirements with technical delivery, ensuring resilience, efficiency, and long-term performance at scale

Ross Leach

Ross Leach

Chief Programming Officer

With over 15 years in secure IT, Ross began his career as an apprentice, cutting his teeth across government and private sector projects. He quickly moved up the ranks as a Red Hat Certified Engineer, CCNA-trained, and soon after launched his own consultancy, RCLTech LTD. As a consultant, he's designed secure gateways for government departments and delivered cutting-edge IT solutions including mobile and iOS deployments for major private clients.

Most recently, Ross led the design and delivery of a complex multi agency data processing infrastructure as Principal Engineer. But Ross's experience doesn't stop with IT. He's also the founder and director of one of the world's most recognisable rally schools: The Forest Experience. Through this and his motorsport background, Ross has worked with F1 teams, leasing giants, and private equity firms, giving him rare insight into multi-sector operations and the growth of scalable, investment ready businesses. A natural networker and entrepreneur, Ross pairs technical leadership with business acumen

Alfie is a seasoned cyber subject matter expert with over a decade of experience designing and securing complex, high-assurance systems critical to the UK. He has played a pivotal role in protecting key national assets, including Hinkley Point C nuclear power station, National Air Traffic Services, and the National Grid. With a career spanning Government, Defence, and the private sector, Alfie brings deep expertise in secure architecture design and has led security efforts on some of the UK's most high-profile programmes, including GOV.UK's One Login identity programme.

He is currently consulting for the Post Office on its Future Technology and Cyber Security Maturity programmes following the Horizon Inquiry. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to delivering tangible outcomes, Alfie is a trusted advisor for organisations seeking to build resilience in today's challenging cyber landscape

Jeff Niehorster

Jeff Niehorster

Construction Director

With over four decades of experience in the construction industry, Jeff's career began with an HND in Building Construction from Willesden College of Technology, followed by achieving professional qualifications as ACIOB and AHT. Jeff commenced his career as a Regional Quantity Surveyor for Fitzpatrick Contractors in Nigeria, before moving into a variety of key roles in the UK. ultimately attaining a main board position as Director of Estimating.

During his time at Fitzpatrick Contractors, Jeff not only led the estimating department but also played a crucial role in advising the company's international operations and overseeing the Procurement and Business Development departments. Under his leadership, the company's annual turnover grew to approximately £700 million. Following his retirement from Fitzpatrick, Jeff established Property, Procurement Contracting Services LLP, where he continues to provide consultancy services to construction and development companies, drawing on his extensive industry expertise
